Google Video...

Hi,

I'm sure most of you have already checked out Google Video, a relatively new beta site from the search engine featuring video clips that people have on the web.

Lots of them are interesting but this one really made me laugh. It's very cute!!!

I'll post more links if I think people may be interested.

Birthday Party Pictures

Hi Everybody,

To those of you who were here yesterday, many thanks to you all for coming and for all the presents. We really enjoyed having you here. I have many photos shown below, obviously not all of course, so next time you are here, be sure to ask to see the complete set. Did not get a chance to sit and talk with everybody so looking forward to more relaxed conversations over the coming weeks.


For those of you looking in from oversees and elsewhere, I have pasted a bunch of photos and some commentary from a gathering we had yesterday for Anja's first birthday. We had lots of friends over, almost exclusively those with small children. We had a great day. Lots of children, presents, cake and other tasty delights.

Tha's it now, Anja is officially into her second year and it's off to a flying start. This morning she is literally running around the place with no sign whatsoever of any hangover...... and has been since 06.00 this Sunday morning. I think parenthood is some sort of penance for something...If I figure it out I'll let you know.


 

This gives you a sence of how busy it was. Over 30 pepople in total which included many excited children. It was very enjoyable.

 

This is Alden, Lisa and Brads 9 year old boy. When I was taking photos, he was looking very anxious that I may not get a picture of him!! He had three slices of birthday cake yesterday (sorry Lisa)!!

One of my favourites, Eoin who is only a few short weeks older than Anja always loves his picture being taken!!

 

 

Monica who did not seem to mind the rain, was high on cake like all the other kids, Anja included!!

Lynne looked as surprised when she too received a present yesterday, for a mother who came out the other end of a one year of parenting!. It was nice of Lisa to consider this.

Cy, borther of Logan and Scottlyn loved the camera!! He was wearing a dragon on his face from earlier that day at a March of Dimes walking event!!

A rather close-up shot of Randy. I was playing with Eva-lotta's 28-300 mm zoom lens and got carried away. Now I think I need one of these. In any case, was able to catch Randy in deep discussion with Håkan.

This is Eva-Lotta from Gothenburg. She is our friend and Håkans girlfriend who was visiting for a few week, she went home today!!

 

We even had Swedish Girls at the party!! Three actually, but these two Anna and Kaisa are related!!

OK for the record, this is Anja's first taste of cake!! She seemed to like it

Seriously though we are thankful of his video taping, it will be priceless as we project it on a wall the day Anja gets married!! (he he)
