Three More Stitches for Isabel....

It has been a rough couple of weeks. As you know Isabel had her little stay in hospital at the end of January to treat her sinus infections. Well she liked it so much she spent another night there last weekend, this time as a result of a coughing/asthma attack. She got into a cycle of coughing couldn’t stop and we were worried about her breathing. After a day of extensive nebulizer treatment she was out again.

Yesterday she was back to herself for the first time in a long time. So much so she was running around, playing dress-up, dancing to music etc. Well, you guessed it, something happened. She was putting on a dancing show for Lynne when she stumbled/tripped and hit her head against a small table. Another visit for Isabel to urgent care, this time for stitches (again). The pictures below tell it so much better than I can. The nice picture of Isabel and Connor was taken no more than an hour before the incident; she was playing with Connor before the dramatic turn.

Not to sound to down but Lynne has also been awfully sick. She has had a litany of sinus problems and general flu like symptoms these last two weeks and does not seem to be getting much better. She’s currently getting some rest; it may be time for a doctor’s visit.
