She had surgery last night for over an
hour, much longer than expected, mostly due to the sheer amount of
infected material in her sinuses. She is doing very well today, her eye is still swollen but is starting to open again. She continues to receive IV antibiotics which she does
not care for at all. We may actually be here for another day or two since they
wish to have the culture results back prior to releasing her. Now all we have
to do is keep her entertained…..Many thanks for all your well wishes.
